Suprising Catwalk winner

Ok so I was browsing stardoll, just starcoining and I saw *gulp* the winner of the catwalk. I usually like to see it to get some ideas right? I saw this one, and not that its bad, its just that its really jut SIMPLE. S-I-M-P-L-E. Take a look

 I mean ANYONE can make that, its just the stuff that they give us in the begginging plus a necklace and black shoes. There are outfits with more potential and more advanced, and much more expensive.Anyone agree? Like if you feel the same way, dislike if you think the outfit deserves to be on Catwalk, and leave your comments, is it just a way to look cute and save money, or a cheap way of fighting your way to that catwalk trophy??
