Unique/Original Design: Who is it?

I've been noticing that most of the people that win the Best Design contest, are Royalty members. Yes, I can see that some designs are good, but others aren't. Anyways, I went to do my daily vote for the best design, and this design really caught my eye(Yes, it is definitely original!) It's the 3rd design(the one on the right..) I was trying to figure out who it was she put on the sweater....do any of you know? Maybe someone from a band or something?Here is From this pic,
