If you live in the USA log into your Stardoll account and visit the campaign page by clicking HERE
If you live anywhere else follow these steps:
Go to a US proxy like proxoin.com or dontfilter.us
In the proxy url bar copy and paste: http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/prom/
Click go or just hit enter.
Log into your Stardoll account but remember not to tick the "Remember Me" box.
Exit the proxy and the dress should be in your suite (As well as a Prom TV and a poster).
