If you are from any other country, go to a Poland web proxy like:
Type in http://www.stardoll.com/en/ and simply press Enter or Go.
Log into your Stardoll account (don't check the "remember me" box).
After you log in, in the proxies address bar copy and paste:
Hit enter or go and wait till the page loads.
After it loads exit the proxy. The cardigan will be in your suite :]
