Unique/Original Design: Who is it?

I've been noticing that most of the people that win the Best Design contest, are Royalty members. Yes, I can see that some designs are good, but others aren't. Anyways, I went to do my daily vote for the best design, and this design really caught my eye(Yes, it is definitely original!) It's the 3rd design(the one on the right..) Heera's Review on Top Designs:

I love the number one design, but unfortunately it was a copy from somebody else's design long ago. If you're going to make a design, it should be original. I'm surprised that 2, 5, 6, 9, and 10 even got on this list! Not to be offensive, but their designs are so plain. 4 should have won, it's amazing. And 7 is absolutely adorable! 9 and 3 are good, but not great.
